Lovely oil painting - started when my magnolia was in bloom but that was some time ago as oil takes quite a while to dry - especially with all the layers!
I think the lady blackbird is either singing to talking to her male blackbird - he probably needs to stock up on worms or something - is he rolling is eyes? ha ha
